As with the Pre-Sale/Pre-Purchase Inspection, this is a top to bottom whole house inspection. We prefer to perform this inspection at the completion of construction, but a day or two prior to the final walk-through with the builder's rep. This will ensure that most if not all last minute items have been completed and any areas of concern can be included in the list that you and the builder develop during the walk-through.
The Home Warranty Inspection, like the Pre-Sale/Pre-Purchase Inspection, is a detailed visual evaluation of your home. Performed prior to the expiration of a builder's warranty (typically 12 months), this inspection will allow you to discuss any warranty-related concerns with your builder.
